You might notice these weird pimples sometimes on your face. Blind pimples are a type of acne which nobody can notice except you. They might not be visible even to you but they are painful and red and you can feel a clog under the skin when you touch them. These pimples, like other kinds of pimples are caused due to clogging of dust and oil but in deeper layers of the skin. It's difficult to treat blind pimples but we will discuss some effective ways of reducing their period.

1. Use Warm Compress

Take a cup of boiling water and add two tablespoons of salt. Let this mixture cool until it's bearable for the skin. Just make sure it should be hot for the skin but neither burning hot nor warm. Take a cotton cloth and dip it in the mixture until it's warm enough to transfer the heat. Squeeze the excess water and place it on the affected area with a little bit of pressure. Once the cloth doesn't feel warm for the skin, dip it again and repeat the step. Use this method three times a day for effective results.

The heat helps in unclogging the pore and reduces pain and swelling. The concentrated salt solution is antibacterial.

2. Use Over The Counter Antibiotic Drug

Use any over-the-counter antibiotic drug three times a day. Apply a pea size amount of cream to the affected area. Do not rub it into the skin just leave it on for some time.

3. Use Anti-Acne Face Wash

Use an anti-acne face wash once in the morning and once at night to clean your skin. The most effective face wash in reducing acne is La Roche-Posay's foaming gel cleanser for oily skin.

Use these remedies as soon as you notice a blind pimple developing under your skin. If you start using these remedies when the pimple is just appearing it will disappear. But if the pimple has already grown enough, these remedies will help to show it up on the surface of the skin with a white head.

Say goodbye to these painful pimples and feel confident in your skin.

The layer of dead skin cells protects you from sunlight and newer cells are more prone to damage due to sunlight. Therefore, it’s necessary to exfoliate at night. Avoid them from direct sunlight whether they are part of a product or your natural DIY skincare. Here are some chemical ingredients you should avoid exposing to sunlight. 1. Exfoliating Acids Exfoliating acids like lactic acid naturally found in yoghurt, and glycolic acid naturally found in sugar and honey should be avoided from the sun. In addition to that some acids like mandelic acid, salicylic acid and azelaic acid which are part of ma...
