Only One Natural Ingredient That Works Wonders in Cleansing Your Skin

With the growing skin concerns, beauty brands have increased in the market. You probably get stuck in choosing what you need for your skin. There are a lot of fish in the sea to choose from. But do you want to use these products? A lot of products have more ingredients than required for your skin needs. What if you get your desired skin with only one ingredient in your kitchen? Yes! It's true.

Believe me, you don’t have to use high-end cleansers to cleanse your skin. All you need is raw milk.

Steps:

  • Take a cotton pad. I like to use cotton bandage rolls for this purpose.
  • Take two tablespoons of raw milk or as required according to your need.
  • Dip the cotton ball in the milk and apply it to your face in the morning in circular motions but don’t forget to squeeze out the excess milk. You don't want to mess up your clothes right?
  • Apply it all over your face. Dip the cotton again in raw milk, squeeze and massage it into your face. Keep doing that until your face is wet with the milk.
  • Notice the cotton before and after the use. It will pick up all the dirt from your skin.

Wait! The process doesn't end here. The dirt has come out; now it’s time for scrubbing dead skin cells off.

  • Let your face dry for five or ten minutes depending upon the environment. Don't let your skin sweat during this time. Use a fan if required.
  • Once it is completely dried, rub your skin gently to take off that dried milk and the dead skin will also come off with it.

  • Wash your face afterwards cause you don't want to smell like milk. Finish with your favourite moisturizer and sunscreen and that's it.

Enjoy glowing skin all day long.

Caution:

Skip the scrubbing part if you have acne.

Skincare Ingredients You Need to Avoid From Sun

Sunlight can promote reactions in many skincare chemicals. It can denature a compound into something inactive. Most of the skincare products in the market don’t show such directions as where to store and when to use them. Most of these chemicals act as exfoliators. As you all know, exfoliators remove dead skin cells, revealing the underlayer of the skin and promoting new cell growth. The layer of dead skin cells protects you from sunlight and newer cells are more prone to damage due to sunlight. Therefore, it’s necessary to exfoliate at night. Avoid them from direct sunlight whether they are part of a product or your natural DIY skincare. Here are some chemical ingredients you should avoid exposing to sunlight. 1. Exfoliating Acids Exfoliating acids like lactic acid naturally found in yoghurt, and glycolic acid naturally found in sugar and honey should be avoided from the sun. In addition to that some acids like mandelic acid, salicylic acid and azelaic acid which are part of ma...
